These terms apply to your use of Streaming Passport at streamingpassport.com, operated by Everwish. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site does

Streaming Passport shows where movies and TV shows are available on streaming services in different countries, and lists free VPN plans with servers in those countries. The site is free to use and doesn't require an account.

Information is provided as is

Streaming catalogs change constantly. Availability information comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Prices, plans and VPN server locations also change. Always check with the streaming service or VPN provider before you subscribe or pay for anything. We aren't responsible for decisions made based on information on the site.

No affiliation

Streaming Passport isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any streaming service, studio or VPN provider mentioned on the site. Names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products and services.

A note on VPNs

We list free VPN plans because VPNs are widely used for privacy and security, for example on public Wi-Fi or while traveling. Most streaming services license content by country, and their terms of service usually require you to watch content licensed for the country you're in. Some services block VPN connections, and using a VPN to reach another country's catalog may break a service's terms and lead it to suspend your account. In some countries, VPN use itself is restricted.

You're responsible for following the laws where you are and the terms of any service you use. Streaming Passport doesn't encourage anyone to break a service's terms or the law.

Links to other sites

The site links to streaming services, VPN providers and other websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, products, terms or privacy practices.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the site in a way that harms it or other people, including by:

• sending automated requests to the site or its lookup service in bulk, or scraping its content,
• trying to get around rate limits or security measures,
• using the site to break any law.

We may block access that we believe breaks these rules.

Our content

The site's design, text and code belong to Everwish, except for content from third parties. Title information from Wikidata is available under the CC0 public domain dedication. Streaming availability data is provided by the Streaming Availability API by Movie of the Night and is used under its terms; please don't copy it from the site.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Everwish won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, including subscriptions you buy or account actions taken by streaming services or VPN providers. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

If your misuse of the site or breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent allowed by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer, you keep any protections given to you by the law of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
